Before any work on the foundation can be done, the land must be excavated and surrounding area cleared of trees. Grading is then done on the surrounding slope. At Fly Guys, we care most for the final vision of how you want your home to look – we aren’t scared of working on a steep slope, so we will make it look just how you’ve envisioned. Once your property is properly grade you won’t have to worry about damage from the wet Washington weather.

Once everything is set, we turn to laying the foundation. Using the highest quality products, we create the base upon which your home will stand strong for years to come.

Following the same process of grading the land for laying a foundation, we remove nearby stumps and trees. As we do so, we ensure water will not pool upon the road, draining it in a responsible and sustainable fashion. Both drivers and the nearby environment will stay safe during and after construction.
